Blurry text in client

This has been a bug for the last about 5-6 patches, randomly and not all the time, text in the client will become blurry, mostly private messages and lobby messages, making them very difficult to read sometimes, the only solution I have found is turning on the low spec client mode, which fixes everything but I dont want to have this setting on.
