I bought a ward w/ tokens, but it didn't work!

I bought the Pumpkin cat ward with 150 tokens, and it's even in my purchase history, but it just didn't appear? I'm really confused and want the ward, it's really cute, and if it's limited, I don't want to lose my chance to get it. Any ideas? [sg-janna]
