same issue... tried all combinations of check boxes... and made sure search was clear ver 5.9.15_05_11_02_41
Got the same issue, are they fixing or did they shut parts of the store down??
I can buy runes fine, have you tried the old trick of 'off and on again'? :P
OP's picture doesn't include Additional Rune Page or Rune Page Bundle? For me those are the only items listed, like in the picture on this Help & Support post.
