[Gameplay] Nexus Blitz (Invincible Nexus)

Hi everyone! Very quickly, this is my first time posting on a thread in my entire life. I apologize if I get the format incorrect but i'll do my best to get my point across. (tl;dr provided at bottom)

A few nights ago a couple friends and I were trying out Nexus Blitz for the first time. When we were on the brink of victory - I believe we had ace'd their team when suddenly.. Sudden death!

My teams Nexus transformed and marched into our opposing teams base, past their inhibitor... past their firmly rooted nexus.. And finally into the enemy fountain. Where it walked menacingly back and forth while taking pot shot by enemy mage auto-attacks.

And then the camera rushed back to my teams fountain.

DEFEAT.

Anyways, tl;dr During a sudden death my teams nexus got up, the other teams did not. We had no way to close the game. I pressed the little "download game" button after the match had concluded, but I can't find the save game footage. Where would be the proper place to submit the match footage to Report.a.bug (if even necessary)? And lastly, if this is the wrong thread please let me know!^^;
