Wukong bug!!! teleport to allied structures + wukong = not reducing CD. staying at 4:00 min. !!!

So i've been playing wukong top obviously. And i noticed a very large discrepancy. Every time i teleport to top furthest tower (could be others as well not sure) the tooltip on teleport says 'reduced cd to 2:40 when targeted on allied structure.' This is not true! wukongs tp always comes back to 4:00 min. Please riot. help! this is a huge huge issue. and needs immediate addressing. Somebody please bump this! ~~~~~~~~

You understand it goes on 300 second cooldown if not used on structures, not 240. 240 is normal for every champion. The tooltip says it in seconds, not with the colan. It says 300 seconds and reduced to 240 seconds if used on structures. 240 seconds is 4 minutes.
