Vel'Koz Arclight skin bug discovered

I really love Vel'Koz's Arclight skin, but recently I have discovered that a lot of bugs are happening. He can literally turn into a star, like all hands become straight, after throwing his Q, and sometimes his mode will unable to move after an auto attack, until next auto attack, ability or other movements. Plz try to fix this bug, it is not affecting anything, but it is kind of annoying. Thx! Riot coders.! Client version : 5.23.15_11_19_13_15 Any game I played with Vrl'Koz recently are with arc light skin.

its on all skins. I asked a rioter a direct question about this. no response yet. ill keep you gents posted.

I also noticed that sometimes when you respawn at base, he will sometimes have to complete an entire idle animation before his moving animation will take effect,

Thank you for the report! This bug affects all skins and base Vel'Koz. We're currently aware of this issue and are investigating.
