[CLIENT] Skin shard permanent

Hi I had a star guardian lux skin shard and upgraded it to permanent but as I was about to add to loot my game started. After the game I have noticed Even atfer restarting the client a few times the essence i spent, the skin shard and the skin permanent are not in my account. Will it turn up eventually or can i get it reset?
