Ive had 2 key frags for nearly a whole month and ive been trying to get one but it doesnt seem to work. Ive gotten S's but not keys HELP

the drop rate just reset since it's the start of the month. they should start dropping more
Whenever you earn a key fragment, the drop rate for the next one is lowered, and this continues to happen every time you earn one. The drop rate does reset approximately 1 month after you earn your first key at the original drop rate. This means the drop rate reset will be different for everyone and it's not necessarily at the beginning of each month.
Also, getting an S grade does not affect whether or not you get a key fragment. You only have a chance of getting a one if you win a matchmade game, but they are still completely random even if you win.
