[Gameplay] Karma Q Bug

Karma's Q seems to be bugged. The projectile was exploding before travelling at all. Nothing was in the way of the projectile but it still exploded. I tried reproducing it but couldn't. I'm not sure what caused the bug, but it happened A LOT throughout the match.
