Client Crashed Recently

So these days my client crashes randomly, my whole client freezes and I can't click anything, and my mouse turns into an hourglass(windows 10). Sometimes it occurs when I'm checking my match history, sometimes it occurs when I'm in queue, this time, it occurs during my ranked game champion select, and I couldn't do anything buy dodged the champ select. I tried to restart the client but I just went back to the main screen, dodged the queue and I found myself losing 10 LP and have a 30 min unable joining queue punishment.(I dodged a normal champion select earlier today) I can't stand how this server crashed itself and I just lose LP and wasted my time when it's not my fault at all. My friend also has that problem but it doesn't happen on him during his champion select. I hope Riot can give me back my 10 LP and fix the bug so that no one will suffer from this critical bug anymore. Thank you. P.S. It never happens before this patch so I think it's a bug pretty much.
