can anyone tel me how i can change my sumoner name please i cleartly have the ip needed but for some reason the client wont let me change my summoner name help me please :)

It's a bug with riot servers. I had this same problem. Just send a ticket to the riot support website and they can fix it for you. They seem to fixed it by giving me 1 ip.
