Rhaast's horns are displayed when playing as normal Kayn and Shadow assassin too.I don't know if it is a personal bugg or other players experience it too.

I seen these horns on a player in the Soul Hunter skin after one tricking him from 0 to almost 200k mastery I told the player I had never noticed those green horns before thought I was just blind for 2 months xD
