[CRASH] Game crashes after every game win or lose.

Basically the game crashing to the "A game is in progress do you want to reconnect screen" everytime you win or lose a game. I have googled it a few times, and the only "fix" I could find for it was to delete the League of Legends/Config/game.cfg and League of Legends/Config/input files. This fixes it for 1 or 2 games then it goes right back to it's only crashing ways. Only started happening after 5.10. This also resets everything in your UI including resolution/mode/every setting int he game

Directions: 1. Enter Game 2. Play Game 3. Finish Game 4. Game Crashes

Happens after every game.
