Temp banned for no reason

So I was playing with my friend and the people on my team were arguing like normal, and someone got tilted and didn't select a champ, so the que stopped, but I got banned for que dodging, even tho I was the first to lock, It was not for very long (only about 10 mins) but I still thought that this should be brought up. Is this possibly a bug?
