[Gameplay] IP Miscalculation

I unfortunately don't have a screenshot of this bug happening as this was an unexpected bug. I recently purchased Ezreal with my IP, and it deducted 4800 IP from me twice. I originally had 22660 IP and now I have 13060. This is probably easily checked if Riot goes through my IP history.

A speculation of how it might have happened: my mouse is a little buggy and sometimes it counts one click as two clicks. If the second click registered before it was able to block it, the record might show that I purchased Ezreal twice, which technically shouldn't be possible through the UI (but might not be prevented in the back-end).

I hope this is looked into. It might be happening with RP purchases too. Thanks!
