Failure to load post first game.

I have updated client, reinstalled client, and yet the same issue seems to present itself. Upon reaching 84% at loading screen it staggers, then full on stops at 88% and as a result am placed in a Low Priority Queue.

I have 16 GB of RAM CPU never exceeds 20% usage.

Please advise how to proceed.
