Health Bar Broken and Temporally Fix

Some games, the health and Mana Bars that are on the bottom sometimes aren't there.

Press ESC and click Interface on the first set of options click "HUD Animations" and press okay.

If you don't want HUD animations ON/OFF just go back and set it but you have to press okay first.
