When is riot going to fix Vladimir bugs?

All his non-ult spells are bugged in some way. His W that sometimes let's an auto attack or turret hit through. This bug is 6 months old, but no action from riot yet.

Then there's his E, which sometimes kind of "lags". I don't know how to describe it, it just has delay - didn't experience that one for quite some time though, so that might be fixed already.

And the latest one - sometimes, if you Q you don't get healed, don't do damage but get a cooldown, this one is the worst one of them, and it's really frustrating, because it happened more than one time I could have gotten a kill/survived but my Q just didn't work.
