Varus Piercing Arrow "q"
When i'm playing with
Varus sometimes i can't cast "q" Piercing arrow during the game anymore it was when i was playing in dominion.

Your first and most important mistake is that you were playing Dominion. That map has bugs that break champ skills, bugs that break various graphics components including INVISIBLE MOUSE CURSOR, and mostly is just not very fun to play as currently implemented.
Ascension week reinforced how terrible that map is.
This happens in all maps it seems and it that does indeed happen, seemingly at random. Reproduction steps: 1- Play Varus 2- Eventually you'll run into the bug.
