Ezreal Q and E don't make bonus damage

I don't know is it just stupid me or what but his Q and E don't seem to do damage based on his attack damage, only based on his AP. I had like 300 attack damage in one game with him and the damage one his Q and E said (+0). Please ignore if I wrote something stupid, I'm just a casual player but this seemed weird to me.
