DFG Missing/Appearing as Chainvest [MATCH HISTORY WEBSITE]

In this match history shown here, I know for a fact that this Kat had a DFG during the late game and used it in front of me at some point. There's no DFG on the build line, though. The very odd Chain Vest bought and sold late may actually be supposed to be that DFG, but I wasn't looking that closely to be sure. It took me a while to realise the problem due to the evident panic shown in the build history, but the Chain Vest still sticks out a bit and there is the fact that DFG is being removed on the PBE, which may explain where the bug comes from.

Unfortunately I don't really use DFG champs and don't really have any recent games where I remember a DFG being built, but if anyone seeing this could check their game history and see if DFGs have gone missing and/or weird items are in their place, maybe we can track this down more.
