After chose a champion the game freeze on the black screen and there pop up an information about some firewall problem, options are 'retry' or 'cancel' as long as i press retry its keep happend all the time over and over. i restart my laptop and switch off my avg antyvirus and it dint help at all. im bt user. pls give me a solution, weekend is here and i can't play.. :<<
same thing here! bt user, logged in fine, chose champ, black screen, firewall error (firewall etc all turned off permanently) now won't let me log back in again
Same thing happened to me, I eventually managed to get into the game after several restarts but still got a 5 game 20 minute ban. Also use BT.
Same here 5 games 20 minutes queue ban, very fun. I think it;s a client bug. It's awesome when you go ranked game and it happens. I wrote to Rito supports last season, but they just don't care.
had the same problem too but Proximus D suggested that you turn off SuperFetch and it fixed it for him. When I play league I turn it off and so far had no problems.

If I get that error, I just Alt+F4 from the client and log back in, then I reconnect just fine.
I'm getting the same problem. I can't get to game, and I don't even have a firewall.
