[GAMEPLAY] Gamebreaking Client Bug

Basically, I got into a ranked today as Nunu Jungle. Everything seemed fine until I tried to place a trinket. Couldn't. Okay, fine, lets go take red buff. I CANT Q. So I manual Q, try to smite, I CANT SMITE. But I can still click the icons and such. There was only ONE ability that I could use - Blood Boil, but ONLY on my self. Alt+W. The rest of my abilities were broken. I tried resetting keybinds. I tried leaving and joining back into the game, STILL HAD NO EFFECT. FINALLY, I left the game AND client and was able to fix the bug. By that point, we were 10 minutes in and losing badly because my jungle was invaded and I was unable to have any map presence. So now I have 4 people raging because of a 4v5 ranked, and nothing I could do until I finally just exited the client. I couldnt even use task manager to end the client as it would reappear instantly as if it never closed!

Please, is there any explanation to this? I tried replugging my keyboard, restarting the game (not client), setting keybinds, EVERYTHING. The only way was completely restarting the lobby client (WHICH SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GAME CLIENT)... I'm quite mad if not for myself but for my team. Should be a loss prevented if anything.
