Didnt load the game until it was 10 minutes it

i was playing with my friend robocop712 and we both didn't get into a ranked game until 10 minutes in because not all the players were joined we restarted our league and the next thing you know its 10 minutes in and were loosing, I was in my promos now im 1 win and 1 lose in my promos because the game didn't load and I have a waiting penalty that is 20 minutes long please take this penalty off of me as I did not deserve it
