[CLIENT] Dominion still listed in the Summoner Spells tab

In the summoner spells tab on the client, dominion is still listed as a gamemode and the dominion spells({{summoner:2}} {{summoner:17}}) are still there. I know it's not really a bug but I think it's something they should've removed when they removed dominion. Also if you look at the summoner 4 tooltip it says "Supported Game Modes: Classic, ARAM, Tutorial, Dominion"

Just wanted to say thanks for making a report that is detailed, clear, follows the guidelines for reporting, and polite. This is what gets issues fixed for all of us.
