Picking faze glitch

when im trying to pick or when someone is picking it just lags out or glitches where there timer to pick is still 0 but everyone eles is still picking i have just lost 13 lp because i couldn't pick which hurts because i cant even do anything about it Please riot if you see this can you try and fix it and thank you
