[GAMEPLAY] Garen's Q procs statikk shiv early and makes statikk shiv unable to crit.

I have noticed that when you Q an enemy with statikk shiv charged the statikk will proc before the auto deals damage, it also seems that when the statikk is proc'd that way it can't crit even with 100% crit chance.

1. Buy a statikk shiv.
2. when the statikk is charged, press Q and right click on an enemy target or neutral monster.

I tried it with both dreadknight Garen and the classic skin both with 100% crit chance. Items other than statikk don't affect this bug.
