Yasuo Q possibly bugged

My friends and I have been quite a few games in the past few days that has had a Yasuo and it appears Yasuo's Steel Tempest has a larger hit box and range then intended with Whirlwind

Multiple instances we've clearly dodged dodged his Q but are still hit by it.

Without seeing video cap or screen shots it is hard to tell if its an obvious case of a bugged particle or if its just "yup, that's the hitbox." If you want to look into it further, maybe take a friend into a Custom game and take some shots or video?
