[GAMEPLAY] Teemo Blind Bug

This happens to me a lot when I play against Teemo and he uses his blind I patiently wait for it to expire, but my basic attack is still mitigated by his blind after it expires. I tried testing this and recreated this sometimes but other times the basic attack went through.

Last time I checked you didn't start the AA before the blind ended, it had no visible reason to block the AA, and it didn't even say Miss. This is 100% a bug.
