Low Priority Queue messed up

I wasn't able to join my game and it said that their was a problem with my firewall and my firewall wasn't even on and then it wouldn't let me join when i clicked "reconnect". Then, it said i got a low priority queue even though i didn't do anything. and no it wasn't my internet. so i patiently waited for the low priority queue to finish and it did but i still couldn't join games. after the low priority queue finished it just didn't let me play for like and hour after the queue. then i thought the problem was over but, it happened again and i had to wait like and hour to play AGAIN. please help me fix this problem.
