[GAMEPLAY] Shyvana Flash+Ulting makes for a short range awkward ult.

So I've been playing a lot of Shyvana lately, and i noticed, if I have my cursor far away from my champ (for maximum range ult) and flash forward (maintaining maximum ult range) After my flash goes off, Shyvana ult does not go for maximum range.

1. Move cursor to the edge of screen (maxing out ult range even considering flash).
2. Press flash.
3. Press Ult immediately after flashing.

I went into practice tool and made some dummies for range comparison. If you press Flash and immediately after (but not at the same time, and no I'm not pressing R first as its not even flashable), you will ult for pre-flash maximum distance, if you wait half a second, you will make the long jump.

Sidenote: could you do something about shyv ult reset in practice tool?
