"Low Priority Queue" AFK Penalty every time I try to start a match

Hi guys,

After my first game back after a long hiatus I am finding that I cannot enter a game because when I hit 'Find Match' in Normal Blind 5v5 it pops up with an AFK Penalty of 20 mins. I wait 20 mins and it just keeps doing it. Mildly frustrating! Particularly since I have not abandoned nor been AFK in any game.

Any suggestions?

I'm on recently updated V8.22

Update: Just entered a match queue and was then booted with an unexplained error: An unexpected error occurred while attempting to join the queue. Please visit player support at support.riotgames.com.

And another 20 minute wait!

Ideas?
