Glitch with locking in a champion.

BIG Glitch:

For the last 5 ques i've had 3 players not be able to lock in a champion, though they could type, they couldn't lock in. This just recently happen to me, twice. The first time it wasn't even my turn to pick a champion and it kicked us from the game quoting that I was the one who didn't pick a champion. The most recent I could click the lock in button, but received only the sound and no lock in. I was able to text in the team chat both times as well as the other 3 players that this had happen too. I'm now waiting a total of 14 minutes to go back into que and I wonder if it's even worth it if this is going to happen again.

Details:

• Both times It happen to me I was attempting to pick Katrina and going mid.
• The first player this happen two was attempting to go jungle with Jax.
• The second was also trying for mid as Katrina.
• The third was another jungle with no champion selected.

Not sure what to do but continue and try and que up one last time before reinstalling the client.
