Client Patcher Has Kernal issues

everytime i attempt to connect to LoL, i double click the icon, and a notice box comes up saying the patcher's having kernal issues, and Windows will try to find a solution and says it will tell me when it does. I've uninstalled and re-installed LoL in its entirety exactly 5 times already and each time get the same results. Would like some guidance. Pretty annoying. Thanks!
