Soraka STARCALL- insane damage

As i was tower diving the first bot tower (blue side) in order to get a kill on the support (an ap Jinx- don't ask me), Soraka (which was the adc- yes i know) who until now had been doing minimal damage ( with both her starcall and normal attacks) dealt an astonishing 250 damage as i was escaping with her q ( i did not flash under the turret and was around the first brush nearest to the tower). The ability did not hit with its focus point but at the extreme limit of its range. Later on the game- even after she leveled her abilities, she never dealt so much damage ( and no i did not stack mr). Even the enemy supp (jinx) said something was wrong with the damage Starcall dealt at that exact moment.
