Kalista Bond passive

Kalista an awesome champion love her kit and everything!**but i love it if we could reuse her black spear! ** The reason is because i got a afking support and i could not do anything the whole game besides auto, q, and e. Can we have a change where if someone afks or dc we can recast her black spear??

This the first time i got afk but he/she afk late game where i could not make no plays nor escape due to this.

Would be great if you can look into this.
