Project: YASUO causing game to freeze

Everytime in the last two days I've tried to play Yasuo, I try to pick the skin I own for him, Project: YASUO. I load into the game fine, but as soon as the Rift appears, my game freezes, and it requires me to completely shutdown my computer in order to solve the issue. Once I log back into LoL, I load into the game just fine. Can somebody please help me? I really want to practice with Yasuo, and I really like this skin, so if you can tell me why this keeps happening, I'd greatly appreciate it.

P.S.

The game after the last Yasuo game I played, I picked High Noon Twisted Fate, and had no issues. I also played Reaper Soraka with no issues.
