[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi's Test of Faith

I have no recorded documentation, but many instances of the tentacle failing to grab a spirit when casted. Orianna's ball has stopped it, some champion projectiles, also if CCd at the right moment during cast the spirit will also not be grabbed.

Please Fix or at least give a response I main Illaoi and it has cost me a few games.
