Are you running WinXP by any chance? A lot of other users (including me) have the same problem since last patch. If so can you please check if you run Service pack 3. If you run SP3 create a Ticket so Riot is aware of this Problem.

I run XP with SP3 and had this problem. Some of my friends who run WIN. 10 and 7 have also been affected. I read through a ton load of reports of the same bug and even though most say it's XP they seem to be having the same issue despite running SP3 and some are users of WIN. 10 and 7 as i had mentioned earlier
