Katarina Q, R and recall stop working

So I was playing as Katarina when 20 minutes through the game, my q and my ult stopped working. On top of that, I could spam the recall button, but that failed to work as well. I have seen people posting about the Q and R bug, but not sure if I have seen the recall one. 30 minutes into the match, my auto attack stopped responding too. Unsure if anyone had that issue too. Luckily I tried her on an AI match first to see the bug myself, and sadly, there it was. :(

It just happened to me too in a bot game. My Q, R, and recall don't work at all. I tried rebooting the whole client, and still didn't work after I came back in the game. It happened while I got a reset for my ult, tried to use it but the bot died before the animation went through. Hope this helps!

I just had the same thing happen, except I was playing Sion. Q and R wouldn't cast, using the hotkey OR clicking on the spell directly. I think this might be a bugged item?

I had the same problem.

I was upset when I E'd into an enemy only to find I couldn't ult. I got stomped.
