Poppy E and R bug

Ok so I just had bug where in a team fight I could not E or Ult. I ulted and it charged all the way but when I tried to cast it again it wouldn't go off. I pressed anything and everything that would make it go off but it wouldn't and in doing so I let a team mate die. Also my feeding swain could have gotten away if my E would have worked. Rengar ulted and since he was close to me I wanted to pin him against the wall so swain can leave. NOPE. My E refused to cast the whole time I was targeting him with it. Nothing Happened. Another team fight occurred I still couldn't E at all, I couldn't even E a minion in that team fight so I can W and stop Jax from leaping to him. Which led to another team mate dying.

Wtf is going on.
