Team builder crashing pvp.net

when I join a friend or create a game the last champion I played is auto selected. when I click on the picture to select a different champion it crashes. tried 3x while in a friends game and 2x in my own...... played another game with the champion that I didn't even want to play again... and when I tried to change it still causes the client to crash
