Friend's list deleted

So I don't know why but my entire friend's list was deleted after not playing the game for a couple months. Also, when I readd some of my friends back they get deleted when I log back in. This isn't going away when I restart it and I am getting tired of having to readd them. I logged on another account and I didn't have this issue on that one so maybe there's just some weird bug with mine? Please help if you can
