riot giving leaverbuster for makiing client repair

there was an alert said you client needs to be repair while im on game and then i said ok and it took about 7 to 10 minutes to repair and when i came back i got 5 20 minute leaver buster i got 5 cuz my old ones so pls fix this i dont want to wat 100 minutes for5 games
