You can not flash over Azir's R Emperor's Divide
Title says almost everything. If you try to flash over the wall you'll be thrown back as if u tried to dash through it. (Patch 6.4)

or you flashed onto the wall
Place yourself directly in front of the wall and test it again. If it knocks you back, it's bugged. If it doesn't, then you just flashed into the wall
