[Gameplay] Snow Day Ziggs Bombs Invisible

I'm not sure how to recreate this, but I just had a snow day ziggs on the enemy team where the bombs were invisible. You could see the effect shadows of the Q, bouncing bomb, but not the bomb itself; same with E, the minefield. It is pretty frustrating to play against.
