[Client] Login music bug

For this bug, you must have a log-in screen that can have its cinematic replayed (such as the new 2016 season one), and replay the cinematic while logging in (you can still click while logging in). If you do this correctly and you haven't disabled log-in music, the music should play over and over again, even in game or in champ select. The only way to stop the music is to log out and log in again or mute your computer. This bug is pretty annoying, so I hope this can get fixed soon, for all the people that can't help clicking that rewind button.
