Unable to Purchase EXP Boosts through the RP Store

Hello. I am currently getting an error every time I try purchasing the 40 Wins EXP boost from the store. I tried resetting my client multiple times.

Wanted to see if this was a known bug or if it is tied to me being too high of a level.
