Windows 7 BSOD crashes

The last 5 days I have been unable to complete a match in ARAM or Summoner's Rift. At some point within the match, usually about 15 - 20 minutes in, my laptop will suffer from a BSOD crash. I have gone so far as to completely reformat my machine and re install Windows 7, with only LoL, updates and video drivers (no 3rd party programs like anti-virus), and am still left with the same problem. Champion select does not seem to matter, nor does video resolution or sound. I am frankly at a loss. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

If it's a laptop it's probably an overheating issue. I suspect any intensive video game will be able to replicate the BSOD. You can try turning graphics to lowest, see if that helps.

Alternatively, some of my computers would BSOD when the RAM wasn't pushed in all the way. It might be worth opening that compartment and trying to push it in tighter to see if that fixes things.
