Bug with Kalista

Hey! I played a ranked with a friend today, he picked kalista and i had thresh. He went top with her and after 20 min (he was linked with the jungler) he wanted to link with me (her passive thingy) and it did not work. He sold it and bought again and we could not link to each other at all. Dont know if it was a legit reason but if it is a bug please fix it. We play kalista and thresh alot. Byeeeee!
